A couple weeks ago a few of here at Atlassian sat in on an ABN webinar for women entrepreneurs that are learning more about the program. Anne Bartlett-Bragg, who designed MentorNet for ABN, told us:
From a learning perspective, the philosophical underpinnings of the MentorNet design are providing amazing results. We are seeing demonstrated evidence of the mentorees applying the business principles they’re learning on the wiki to their own contexts — and it’s only 2 months into the program!
