Grow Your Business: Exponentialise Your Vision!

Innovation is what big companies do. And it’s what you need to do every day in your business if it is going to grow into something big and glorious!
Most of us haven’t got the businesses we desire because we have not dreamed big enough. We have not looked at the potentials and chosen one that is greater than anything we have ever done before. Whatever our business looks like right now is the result of our choices so far.
Are you ready to choose more? Or something different?
If you want dynamic growth… you know, the stuff legends are made of… then enjoying organic growth is not going to be enough for you!
So what does this look like in practical terms?
Here are 10 questions you can ask to expand your vision and create dynamic growth:
- What would my business be like if it quadrupled in size?
- How would my business change if I implemented the three most innovative ideas I have right now?
- What is the wildest, most unconventional idea I can come up with to differentiate my business from others in my niche? Would my clients enjoy this if I implemented it or would it attract new clients?
- What three ideas do I LOVE from other industries? How would these look if I implemented them to suit my target audience and my business offerings?
- Who could I work with in or on my business to add greater vision and possibilities?
- What other target audiences would love what I am offering that I haven’t promoted to yet?
- What other versions of my products/services could I create to generate massive growth in this business?
- Who could I partner with to escalate my growth?
- If there were no limits on this business, what would your vision be?
- What is the one action I could take that would most quickly move me closer to this vision?
Playing with any one of these questions will take you closer to dynamic growth.
– as long as you take action! So make a priority list of the three things that you will do no matter what within the next month and finish them! Your business growth is your choice… Dream BIG!
