I'm passionate about supporting women to understand and better manage their energy. Our personal energy is our most important asset and when we're not firing it affects everying aspect of our lives.

We only have 100 units of energy available at any given time and when we don't value it, it can be so easily wasted in ways we don't even see. I think as women we expect so much of ourselves and often sacrifice our own energetic wellbeing trying to fulfil these expectation and then wonder why we're running on empty!

Learning to tap into and track our energy and using this as a basis for decision making is a great asset in time and energy management.

Start to look at managing your energy the way you manage your money (which might be a scary thought!!) and when making decisions ask yourself: Do I have the energy for this? Can I afford it energetically?

It pays to be discerning about our energetic expenditure. Like money, we can't spend energy we don't have.
