		<description>I interviewed Suzi for this book because I think her story illustrates so well the idea of tailoring the product to the changed conditions - which you absolutely have to do in an economic downturn. You also have to get even closer to your customers. And you need to know when the downturn is over so you can re-tailor the product (and how you market it) to a more optimistic audience.  I truly believe recessions are full of opportunities for the savvy business person or investor.
